Offboard a volunteer

• Remove from GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, AWS, Railway, and the password manager vault.
• Remove from the shared role mailbox and any chat channels.
• If they held admin access or any shared credential, run Rotate API keys.
• Transfer ownership of anything in their personal accounts.
• Update Roles and access.
