Roles and access¶

Rules¶
- Every platform has at least two admins.
- Accounts are owned by the program (shared role email), not by one person.
- Access is granted and removed using the Offboard a volunteer checklist.
- Confirm with the airline what policy governs flight data access and retention. TODO: record the answer here.
