Audit Program Transition Guide

This guide lets a new volunteer team run, maintain, and extend the aircraft data audit program and its supporting apps.

No secrets in this guide

This site records where credentials live and how to rotate them. Never paste a password, API key, or token here.

If something is broken right now

1. Identify the app in the App index and read its "How to tell it's broken" section.
2. If you suspect a leaked key, go straight to Rotate API keys.
3. If a deploy caused it, follow Deploy and roll back.
4. Record what happened in the Decision log.

Orientation (about 10 minutes)

1. System map: what runs where.

3. Maintenance calendar: the recurring tasks.
